Project Assurance
Jeanmar provides highly experienced Gateway Review Team Leaders and Team Members who have over 10 years of experience in leading or participating in Gateway® reviews and health checks for high value, high risk public projects for various State and Commonwealth government departments in ACT, Queensland, Western Australian, Victoria New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania and New Zealand.
Mark has worked closely with the state project assurance teams to review, improve and implement assurance processes for complex departmental and whole of government ICT projects, health, emergency services, police, enterprise systems, cyber and physical security, telecommunications, satellite communications, customs, naval applications, education, human resource management including HRMIS and payroll systems, mining, transportation, rail and road infrastructure, fisheries, Defence and disaster recovery initiatives.
